Project Management Process

 

Brainstorm and Identify Community

Collaborated with my small group to identify ways to bring skills-based (ex. app development) education programming to disadvantaged youth where Apple employees visit schools in person or virtually.

Information and Data Gathering

Researched which communities have a severe lack of skills-based resources and opportunities for Apple to make a positive impact. During this phase, we met for bi-weekly meetings and workshopped actionable concepts in small groups.

Internal Communication Efforts

Engaged wider internal Apple audience through internal voting efforts to identify core communities to impact. Collaborated with the Community Outreach team to create marketing copy related to our small group’s suggested concepts.

Results: 7 categories were identified to further Results:contribute through Experiment Labs, discussions, and activities. I gained in-depth knowledge on how to conduct focus groups, manage multiple stakeholders, and create compelling internal marketing.
