How can I reformat and translate US-English group training environment to be as effective to single learner performing role primarily in French?

Project Management Process

Assess Current Materials:

Reviewed current presentation structure, language, group activities, self-guided activities, and goals of the learning module.

Reformat and Translate Current Materials:

Evaluated which concepts could be communicated in different formats for a single learner, reformatted group activities to single learner activities, and translated the material into learner’s primary language with translation aids.

Deliver Training:

Being a trusted subject matter expert, I was able to communicate key concepts in adapted ways to deliver training that was engaging, easily absorbed, and provided an opportunity for hands-on practice to solidify learner knowledge.

Results: Learner transitioned into a specialist role with confidence and exceeded department average for customer service satisfaction survey rating within first month in role.
